Mt. Shasta Ski Park: minutes from downtown Mt. Shasta, east of Interstate 5 along SR 89 between the city of Mt. Shasta and the town of McCloud. The ski area lies about 6 mi south of the summit of 14,162 ft. Mt. Shasta is the second highest volcano in the Cascade Range. It has chair lifts running to the top of the 6,567 ft . The Mt. Shasta Pyramid: This powerful pyramid is located on the slopes of Mt. Shasta. It has a 24X24 foot base and stands over 15 feet tall. It has no windows or doors, so to enter you walk down a sloping tunnel and up steep steps. The pyramid is dedicated to the Goddess Isis. Hourly sessions are $35/person with group rates available.
